There have been some changes to data needed for parochial reports this year.

Parochial reports forms have been recently mailed to congregations. Instructions from the Episcopal Church Center in New York are included in the mailing. Although the reports are filed online to the Church Center, a hard copy must also be sent to the diocesan office at 7313 Merchant Court, Sarasota, FL 34240 no later than March 1, 2010.

Congregations also need to complete annual certificate, lay delegate and vestry forms, which were e-mailed directly to congregations. The first two must be completed and filed at the diocesan office by March 1. The vestry form is due April 1. You may download these forms by using the links below.

The revenue reconciliation and the outstanding outreach forms are not required by March 1, as in the past. They are not being e-mailed at this time.
