Peace vigil set for Saturday

Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, at 3200 McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater, will hold a Peace Vigil this Saturday beginning at 7 p.m. in response to a planned and highly publicized book-burning protest against Islam the same day in Gainesville, Fla.

The Rev. Joe Diaz says the vigil is "simply to make a witness" against intolerance. The public is invited to attend. For information, call the church office at (727) 796-5514.
