Day, overnight, weekend, and week-long opportunities are available for parish and deanery youth group missions providing the opportunity to serve the Lord Jesus Christ through outreach programs held annually in the diocese.

Servant ministry locations include Immokalee, Pine Island, Arcadia and other locations within a day's drive. Projects vary depending on the needs of the community. These may include painting, yard cleaning or house repairs depending upon the skills of the group members and needs of the local community. Service can rotate between labor-intensive work and inter-developing relationships. The purpose of all the service done is not simply to work for others but to also explore our service to the Lord and all of God's children.

Depending on the individual events, participant age restrictions vary from 6th graders to high school graduates and college students. Any youth aged 11 to 18, who has not yet graduated from high school, requires a sponsor from their parish. Diocesan youth ministry policies and standards must at all times be upheld; male and female sponsor/participant ratio must be 1:5. Adult sponsors must have completed the Safeguarding All God's Children training. Young adults, who are high school graduate through to college age, do not require a sponsor.

Each group provides its own transportation to and from the selected work sites. Adult sponsors are also required to provide supervision and transportation to and from work sites and other activities. Participants and sponsors return each evening to their work location home base for dinner, worship, fellowship and sleep. Each day generally begins and ends with devotions and Bible study centered on the ministry of servant-hood. Informal discussions at meals and other times will reflect on our cross cultural learning and mission work. Community activities include worship, prayer and discussion, small group Bible study and recreational trips.

Costs vary depending on the trip, but these generally include meals, lodging, supplies and mission trip giveaways. Registration is generally restricted to 50 participants per trip and a minimum attendance of 30 participants is required.
