Transitions (Search Process, Deployment)

A transition in clergy leadership is always a meaningful time in the life of any congregation. The resources you need to move ahead can be found by clicking the image to the right. Here you will find practical things like letters of agreement, sample interview outlines, search budgets and more. The contents of this Manual are in continuous revision owing to the valuable contributions of Search Committees and Vestries who have used it in the past. You are encouraged to benefit from their experience. The Matthias Story (Acts 1:21-26) forms the outline of the process.
