View the calendar below for scheduled meetings using MegaMeeting, the diocesan videoconferencing tool.

Due to bandwidth limits, any diocesan group wishing to use MegaMeeting must schedule their event in advance. Bandwidth will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Leaders of diocesan groups wishing to use MegaMeeting must be trained in its use.

Currently, there is enough bandwidth for 15 users to be logged in at one time.

To schedule an event, contact Director of Communications Jim DeLa at (941) 556-0315, ext. 268. It would be helpful if meeting planners could accuratly estimate how many people will be logging in at each event, as well as the estimated length of the meeting.
