What is the Compass Community?

Compass Community is a nurturing community for young adults ages19-30 who are considering a church vocation. Compass Community is a joint ministry of the Diocese of Southwest Florida Commission on Ministry and the Office of Young Adult Ministries. It is facilitated by The Rev. Mike Branscombe, Commission on Ministry, Chair.

Who is invited to be a part of the Compass Community? 

• Anyone interested in a church vocation
• Anyone who desires to teach at an Episcopal school
• Anyone who wants to be a Youth Minister
• Anyone interested in being a Missionary
• Anyone who feels they are being called to ordained ministry
